Pelagic Pearl Charter Terms
These terms govern all charter bookings with Pelagic Pearl in Dubai. By placing a deposit, you accept the conditions outlined below regarding payments, scheduling adjustments, permitted items, and vessel safety for our fleet of 88 yachts and boats operating from Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour.
Securing your reservation
A charter date is confirmed only upon receipt of a 30 % deposit. Pelagic Pearl does not hold dates or reserve slots without this initial payment. Rates across our fleet range from 600 AED to 18,900 AED per hour, with all prices already inclusive of VAT. The minimum booking duration is 2 hours. The remaining balance must be cleared prior to departure. Our team responds to all booking inquiries via the WhatsApp button within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST daily.
Guest policies and complimentary inclusions
Every charter includes a licensed captain and crew, fuel, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages, including alcohol, with no corkage fees applied. Extra services such as catering, water sports, decorations, DJ setups, or transfers can be arranged on request. Maximum guest capacities depend on the selected vessel size, ranging from 33 ft up to 164 ft, with a absolute maximum limit of 90 guests.
Rescheduling and weather adjustments
If adverse weather conditions prevent sailing on the scheduled day, the guest retains full authority to decide how to proceed. You may choose to select a new date via the WhatsApp chat or receive a full refund of your payment. Outside of weather events preventing departure, all booking changes and date adjustments are managed directly through our chat support during operational hours from 9:00 to 23:00 GST.
Coverage and vessel safety
Comprehensive marine insurance for the vessel and all guests is included in the charter price. Our licensed captain and crew maintain primary responsibility for safety operations throughout the journey from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. Guests must adhere to safety briefings provided by the captain. Additional activities, such as jet skis, flyboards, or fishing, are provided on request and must be conducted strictly under crew supervision.

Questions before you book
What happens if adverse weather prevents our departure?
If weather conditions make sailing unsafe, Pelagic Pearl gives you the final choice. You can either select a new charter date directly with our team in the chat or request a complete refund of your payment.
Under what circumstances is the deposit returned?
The 30 % deposit secures your booking date. If the charter cannot take place because weather conditions do not allow sailing, your payment will be fully refunded if you choose not to reschedule for a new date.
Are guests allowed to supply their own catering and alcohol?
Yes, guests may bring their own food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages, on board any vessel in our fleet. Pelagic Pearl does not charge any corkage fee for bringing your own provisions.
